Apr. 15, 2009 Summary: New USBA Official Training Log Available Thanks to the efforts of Henrik L'Abee-Lund and Mark Johnson, the US Biathlon Association has a new training log that is now available for free download. The new log is in Excel and is based on a log that is used by most Norwegian biathletes. Mark Johnson has translated and modified the log to reflect the recording methods and shooting drills/tests of the US Team. Henrik L'Abee-Lund is currently on the Norwegian B Team and he created the original training log in Norwegian. USBA thanks him for making the log available, and for working with Mark Johnson to adapt it to the USBA's needs. Athletes and coaches can download the Excel Training Log, Log Instructions, and a "Print" Version of the training log.
